About us
Donemar is a small, independently run online store for dog owners, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We keep things simple: a short list of everyday essentials for play, training, mealtime and rest.
What We Sell
We don't try to carry everything. We select a small range from our suppliers and stock only the items we are happy to stand behind: a natural cotton rope toy, a canvas training treat pouch, a fleece snuffle mat and a double-layer fleece pet blanket.
Each product page lists the materials, measurements and care instructions, so you know what you are getting before you order.
How We Work
- In stock and shipped by us: every order is packed at our warehouse in Minneapolis and shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
- Free U.S. shipping: on every order, with no minimum. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and delivered in 2-3 business days.
- Free 30-day returns: if something isn't right, we send a prepaid return label and refund you once the item is back with us.
- Support from real people: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central Time. We reply to every message within 1-2 business days.
