These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of donemar.shop (the "Site"), operated by Donemar ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or interfere with it.

Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. If a product you receive does not match its description, you may return it under our Return and Refund Policy.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping is free. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payment is charged when you place your order.

Orders

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

Product Use and Pet Safety

Our products are made for pets. Always supervise your pet while using toys and other products, check them regularly for wear and stop using any item that is damaged.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Donemar or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donemar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
