Shipping policy

Donemar ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Orders ship from our warehouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota with USPS Priority Mail. Delivery takes 2-3 business days after the order has been processed. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 3-5 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delays and Problems

Delivery times are estimates and carrier delays can occasionally happen. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it.
